IIFT Entrance Exam 2018 MBA Program:

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is going to release the Entrance Exam Form for the IIFT Entrance Exam 2018 MBA Program. Candidates can apply online from 29th July 2018 to 15th September 2018.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should be a graduate from a recognised university.

How to Apply:

First step: Apply online

Click on "Apply Now" and choose the category under which you want to apply for IIFT Application form.

Second step: Complete basic details

Now Fill in the basic details required for application and submit the IIFT 2018 application form. Once the IIFT online application form 2018 is submitted, an application number will be generated and will be intimated through an email sent to your registered email id.

Third step: Use Application number

Log in to the IIFT 2018 Application website using the generated Application Number mentioned in the email and Password entered by you while applying. Follow the links to complete the IIFT Application form.

Once completed, the intimation regarding successful IIFT 2019 Application for MBA admission, will be sent to the registered email id.

Section-1: IIFT Syllabus for Quantitative Ability

Number of questions in this section are now reduced to 20 from earlier 22 to 25. The Quantitative Analysis Syllabus for IIFT 2018 is:

Marking Scheme: +1 mark for each Correct answer

Negative Marking: - 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer

Verbal Ability is now a separate section in IIFT Syllabus 2018. The composition of this section in revised IIFT exam syllabus and marking pattern is as under:

Section-3: IIFT 2018 exam syllabus for Logical Reasoning (LR)

Logical Reasoning (LR) is now a separate section in IIFT syllabus 2018. Earlier this section was clubbed to Data Interpretation section. Now it is a standalone section with individual sectional cut offs.

Reading Comprehension (RC) in revised IIFT Syllabus 2018 is also a separate section and is not a part of Verbal Ability now. The Syllabus details are given below:

Each RC passage followed by 4 questions

Marking Scheme: +1 mark for each correct answer

Negative Marking: - 1/3rd Mark for each wrong answer

Section-5: IIFT exam syllabus for Data Interpretation

Data Interpretation is no more clubbed to Quantitative Analysis or Logical Reasoning. It is also a separate section in the revised syllabus of IIFT 2018 exam.

Format of questions: In sets of 2 to 5 questions

Marking Scheme: +0.75 Mark for each correct answer

Section-6: IIFT Syllabus for General Awareness (GK)

General Awareness (GK) in IIFT is one of the prominent sections and is considered as a tough section. It has minimum weightage but the sectional cut offs goes below 1 mark for this section. IIFT Syllabus on GK places mix of questions on currencies, appointments, personalities, business and economy among others
